Hello,Fig2 shows that you are using a Graph Database for the biosample catalogue.I would be interested in your experiences with this novel approach. Could you please point out the pros and cons in contrast to a conventional SQL Database. What were your special requirements leading to this decision?Best regardsHans Demski
